iphone ------------------------------------------------------------ · Flaviar XO · Collection Pieces You Will Love & Be Loved For ------------------------------------------------------------ ** APPLETON ESTATE 21 YO ------------------------------------------------------------ Ooh, yeah! All right! We're jammin', I wanna jam it wid you... Jamaica sure has some fine stuff, maaan, but this is perhaps the Finest. It's a kickin' blend of TONGUE-PICKED Rums aged for a minimum of 21 years. Ya, maaan, that's a minimum of 21 years, not up to 21, maaan! We love it for the looong maturation, but also for the TERROIR. It's produced in Jamaica's Nassau Valley, where the soil is extremely rich and fertile. Yeah, we're - we're jammin' ;) "When I first got into aged rum, I didn’t fully appreciate the Jamaican style. In short, I was a damn fool. I gravitated toward the sweeter Central American rums as many do, but as I expanded my rummy horizons I found myself coming back to the Jamaicans—especially those of Appleton Estate." — Inuakena ------------------------------------------------------------ ** BUNNAHABHAIN 25 YEAR OLD ------------------------------------------------------------ This beautiful Scotch will create many AMAZING WOW-MENTS for you! It's one of Bunnahabhain's most beloved expressions, re-introduced recently as an unchill-filtered Scotch, naturally coloured, with a different design and a slightly more Sherried palate as the previous 25 Year old. The new expression ended up winning TOP PRIZES in various competitions throughout 2013 and 2014. We love the bottle design (and so will your friend, wink-wink), but we love what's inside even more. A CONNOISSEUR'S CHOICE for sure! ------------------------------------------------------------ ** JURA 21 YEAR OLD ------------------------------------------------------------ A Scotch that gets better and better as you get to know it. And we think you two should meet! The 21YO is a DISCONTINUED EXPRESSION from their "rare-milestones" range. Aged in vintage casks, this Scotch is full-bodied, with marzipan, walnuts and bitter chocolate notes. It’s the ESSENCE OF JURA, and it really is something special. "90 points. The nose on this Whisky is absolutely decadent and intoxicating. I could sit around for hours nosing it. I can’t think of another whisky that fits into its niche and I highly recommend you not only give it a try, but really get to know it." — Drink Insider ------------------------------------------------------------ ** MACALLAN 1824 RUBY ------------------------------------------------------------ Ruby is one of four Macallan Single Malts featured in their bold 1824 Series. This Single Malt quartet was matured exclusively in Sherry casks and the bottles bear no age statement. Ruby is the darkest of the four, so it is believed to be aged the longest and in the most "flavourful" casks. With the 1824 series Macallan doesn't aim to impress with an age statement, rather focusing your attention to the quality of the oak, the ingredients and the craftsmanship that goes into creating a Single Malt. "Speyside Single Malt Scotch of the Year (2013). For quality and also for chutzpah, Macallan Ruby deserves the award." — Dave Broom, Whisky Advocate "91.5 points. With or without an age statement, The Macallan Ruby is a great Single Malt Whisky, only time will tell if spirit enthusiasts will warm up to a whisky series defined by colour instead of age." — The Rum Howler ------------------------------------------------------------ ** GLENMORANGIE SIGNET ------------------------------------------------------------ Wow! This must be one of Glenmorangie's most UNUSUAL CREATIONS. It's a superb combination of two different types of malted barley – high ROAST CHOCOLATE barley malt, which is normally used to produce stout Beer and CADBOLL barley malt from Glenmorangie's own estate, adding creaminess to the final dram. And that's not all! An element of Glenmorangie's oldest stock is used, aged between 35 and 40 years. The Signet is twice-distilled and matured in a variety of Sherry and new charred oak casks. "This has to be MORANGIE UNTRADITIONAL. An entirely different direction for this malt thick oak, intensity unique not just to the distillery but any other Highland malt I can think of, believe me, you are in for one hell of a show." — Jim Murray, Whisky Expert ============================================================ © 2014 Flaviar Ltd.
