This works great, except when I try to make full window/browser width background image.
<v:rect xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" fill="true" stroke="false" style="width:600px;height:400px;"> ...doesn't want to accept width:100%;height:100%;
any thoughts?

Hi, I am running into the same issue with Litmus's Previews, where all of the text disappears in Android 4.4 with Web fonts.
