Hi there, sorry to hear about this discrepancy! Our Native client - Android 5.1 and Android 6.0 email clients do not support responsive design.
Your own phone running Android 5.1 or 6.0 may display differently from the "vanilla" version of Android 5.1 and 6.0 that we offer and you can read why in this article here: https://litmus.com/help/email-clients/android-5-and-6-previews/
I am concerned though that you said it used to display the media queries in Litmus. If you could email firstname.lastname@example.org with more details (such as links to old projects/screenshots) that will help us investigate more! Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi there, sorry to hear about the issues! I do see you had copied Litmus support on your response to Zoho, but apologize we didn't follow up. Zoho is using our API to offer Litmus previews, but we're not having any API issues right now so it seems to be something with the integration they built. If you could include a screenshot of what you're seeing on your device, plus information on how you got it to that device (i.e. did you send it to Litmus and to your device using the same ESP/method), that will also help us! We definitely want to figure out what could be causing these differences.
