Hi there, I responded to your email yesterday, but it sounds like you didn't receive it! You can find directions to cancel your subscription here: https://litmus.com/help/accounts/cancel-subscription/ or just let me know the email address associated with your account and I'm happy to take care of it!
Please note that if it's a free plan (aka already cancelled) there's not a cancel button. If instead you're looking to delete, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can also take care of this for you!
Hi there, sorry to hear about the issues! I do see you had copied Litmus support on your response to Zoho, but apologize we didn't follow up. Zoho is using our API to offer Litmus previews, but we're not having any API issues right now so it seems to be something with the integration they built. I would follow up with them again to check in. If you reach out to email@example.com we'll give you a coupon to try Litmus directly (just mention my name). -Nicole
Hi Daniel! I'll let everyone else chime in on the helpfulness, but wanted to let you know that Allie will be responding to your email about it to help you get set up!
I'll check with our tech support engineers! If you could include a screenshot of what you're seeing on your device, plus information on how you got it to that device (i.e. did you send it to Litmus and to your device using the same ESP/method), that will also help us! We definitely want to figure out what could be causing these differences.
Hi there, sorry to hear you're also seeing discrepancies! Do you mind emailing firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate? Very often we see some common reasons for discrepancies that are not an issue with Litmus. Check out my response below to see some of them!
Hi there, that def sounds odd! Mind sending to email@example.com so we can investigate?
Just for anyone reading this, some common reasons for differences in previews that we see are
1) CSS inlining inadvertently turned on or off in Builder
2) Pasting HTML vs emailing in from your ESP (since ESPs tend to make changes to the code upon final send that may or may not affect rendering)
3) OS or app versions being different (which does not seem to be the case here, but wanted to mention)
Hope to hear from you soon so we can investigate!
Sorry to hear about the struggle! I'd like to investigate to see what could be the issue here. Can you please email firstname.lastname@example.org and share the email associated with your Litmus account, plus a link to the test where you're seeing this weirdness with the characters? We are happy to help!
Thanks for checking in! We are still working to fix this, but have updated our status page here: https://status.litmus.com/. You can stay up to date by subscribing or checking that page. Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, please email email@example.com
