Replied to Discussion: Is "Plain Text version" anachronistic? by Ryan Escamilla 2017-02-28 15:34:29

I always understood that the text version reinforces your HTML content. I always take the time to format properly for a complete send package.

Replied to Discussion: Rendering Issues Talk Talk emails on Web Browser by Ryan Escamilla 2017-02-16 16:20:15

Without digging into the code, you could try deleting portions of the code and sending tests to identify where your issue is. I'd start with all the CSS in the head. Good luck thumbsup

Replied to Discussion: Google Analytics for links that don't belong to me, is there a point? by Ryan Escamilla 2017-02-16 16:04:14

I typically apply my own Google Analytics to avoid that issue with Mailchimp. I feel it's not necessary to send GA to domains my clients don't own. Also, I prefer to define my own parameters for a cleaner implementation.

Looks like you have some typos (e.g. heght:200px).

You can add padding to the header copy instead of the outer table and that should work (thumbsup)

Replied to Discussion: Mystery Solved: DPI Scaling in Outlook 2007-2013 by Ryan Escamilla 2016-12-05 16:08:13

FInally added these techniques to my default email templates, appreciate the help from the community! All is working as intended on high DPI set up now.

Replied to Discussion: iOS 10 Hating on Graphic-Heavy Responsive Email by Ryan Escamilla 2016-09-26 15:58:51

I haven't run into the issue yet, but that's an interesting meta tag to remember thumbsup
