Hi M Shameer, I tried you solution for web fonts in outlook but it didn't work sorry. I am having other problems with my EDM also.
Do you happen to do freelance work at all. Really need some help. Would that be possible. Happy to pay.Would you be able to get back to me please.
I am having the same problem and I want to try your fix but I can't see all of the text in your reply as it is cut off. IS there some way you can add that better so it is all visible please
Hi Courtney, thanks for replying to me post. Below is the table that contains the header
<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" align="center" width="100%" style="max-width: 680px;"> <tr> <td style="padding: 0px 0; text-align: center"><span id="switcher"><a href="http://www.trurating.com"><img id="houdini" src="http://www.pdq.com.au/trurating/merchant/images/header.jpg" width="100%" height="auto" alt="The Measure: TruRating's data insights email" border="0"></a></span></td> </tr> </table>
It does have
height="auto". Do you think that is the issue?
I did the test a few times and it didn't load on any of them so it wasn't a load time issue I don't think
Hi Steven, sorry to keep bugging you but your help has been invaluable. I almost have this. Got the Gmail bit sorted out , thanks. My only problem left now is the box heights. I got them to be the same depth using the height 250 in all programs except Outlook 2007 and 2010. I only got the others to work by actually putting height on all 3 rows of each table TD, eg 43, 43 and the 164. 2007 and 2010 are showing large space after each line of text. Any ideas?
Do I have to do some <!--[if mso]> statement or something like that?
