Outlook 2007 and 2010 do not like custom fonts. That may well be your problem, have you tried a conditional statement to exclude it from outlook?
if you search here for custom font's there are other ways to hide it from outlook also.
Try using non-braking spaces (   ; ) and / or &ndash ; within the phone number that should throw off the detection.
for the date use / ; for the /
(sorry added spaces to make the HTML codes visible as codes not symbols) should be &#XX; or &Foo; not &FOO ;
The only solution I've found is providing a download link for a icalender ( .ics ) file.
Also, I suspect this is the most bullet proof as even Litmus uses a icalender download link for their webinar schedule.
