Hi Jason,
Below is the first response provided by Litmus which suggested commenting here. I just heard back that it's fixed but Outlook 2007/01/13 previews are still blank. I just wanted to know if other people were experiencing this and if it is actually my code or an issue with Litmus Outlook Previews.
Hi Megan,
Hope you are having a great day!
Sorry to hear about the issues you are currently experiencing with your Outlook previews. We are currently not experiencing any issues with our Outlook devices/machines, so tested your email locally. Unfortunately I had the same result as you in the Outlook previews for Outlook 2007/2010/2013. Having the same results as you is an indicator that there is either an issue in the code or with Outlook itself (and how they are rendering the email), or a combination of both.
I would definitely recommend checking out Community, (https://litmus.com/community) to receive feedback and tips from other email designers and marketers, to see if anyone else is having similar issues. There is a general Discussions area for all things related to email, a Code Questions section where you can paste your code and receive feedback, and a Learning Center where you can learn about the background of different email clients, common rendering issues, etc.
We also have the Litmus blog, (https://litmus.com/blog) where we frequently post tips for designing, Infographics, our Inspiration series, resources, and more. I would definitely recommend signing up for our newsletter as well. (You can do this on our blog here:https://litmus.com/blog/.)
Sorry Megan that this is probably not the response you wanted to hear, but please feel free to reach back out to me if I can provide any further assistance.

Bwahaha. Love this thread. My first email account was some random numbers and partial name mhorn82537@ my university back in 1995. I had swingbabe@aol.com (the dancing type, not the other one) as a secondary account under my roommate's until he canceled and AOL wouldn't let me transfer to my own account. I was willing to "PAY" for email and they wouldn't let me keep it. I was getting too much spam anyway. Wonder why. ;)
