You're not exactly getting it nor recognizing the corporate use case. We are all aware of the limitations OFT and the fact remains, we still need an method of HTML to OFT conversion. It's not the technology but the tool, Outlook is so deeply embedded, sales teams rely on it. We create invitations and manually build thousands of OFT files, still, after 15 years. Give me a tool, online or API, I'll gladly pay for it. I mean really pay for it with a Tesla sized check.
OFT files are a pain but a necessary evil with all our customers. We have to hand these off to sales and as mentioned below, the governance of direct email is different than bulk mail. This is why sales people send them. OFT files are a slow death and you end up coding for Microsoft vs your customers. We need a service to take HMTL to OFT and I'd pay handsomely for it.
