I did know that it does clip at 102KB, and I know this template/ message goes over 102KB with ease. My main concern was the fact that it is showing HTML code where it is being clipped, and it doesn't do this on iPhone Gmail App and only the Gmail App for Android is showing this (i have a Samsung S7).
So on the Outlook app on Android (maybe the same on the Iphone as well), i think it is used to show a "safe" version of the email for Outlook. As far as my testing went with the default blue hyperlinks, i found that it stripped out much of the styling that wasn't inline or not supported. Clicking on the 3 dots i think allows users to view the original version with styling in tack. If you aren't seeing the email correctly in the first instance, then something in the coding is not supported by the app and may require some type of work around/fall back to make it display correctly.
