Are you looking to clean up the previews in your Litmus account? You can set up your preferences for what email clients you'd like to include in your account settings under "configure email clients" https://litmus.com/help/testing/my-defaults/

I got all curious so I did a bit of digging. :)
We recently updated all our iPhone 7 and above previews to iOS11 and it looks like those are exactly the clients that you're having trouble with. I tested your email on my physical device (it's an iPhone 8 running iOS 11) and I'm seeing the very same funky space here too.
The <meta name="x-apple-disable-message-reformatting" /> hack did the trick for me though! Just add that bit of code to the head of your email and your email is back to looking all pretty in iOS 11: https://cl.ly/0R1U2I3a1e2m
