Unfortunately i cannot install any programs on the work computer. Also, please note that I am not the one that sends the email - neither am i allowed to as I dont manage the generic inbox.
When I send to myself the size is normal, 900kb. When i add contacts it increases by 200kb. What on earth could have caused it to jump to 11mb? The sender was supposed to open the .msg outlook file and only add contacts. She might have copied and pasted it. I tried copy paste and it's 3mb. Still not 11mb. She might have outlook 2016 (i have outlook and word 2013) - do you think that might cause it?
I just want to know the source of the problem or the potential sources of the problem and what potential fixes might be without installing any programs.
No unfortunately we cannot use third party solutions - technically we can but the approval process would take months if not half a year or more. - So manually implementing a solution is what's needed.
I'm planning to use either Outlook or the Mail Merge Wizard on MS Word 2013. Though if there's other ways you suggest, I can try - no third party softwares though.
