Why is there a charge on my credit card?

It’s a monthly or annual charge for software from Litmus.

Who is Litmus?

We’re a small software company based in Cambridge, MA. Our web-based application helps companies and individuals test and track emails. We’ve been in business since 2005.

Can I get a receipt or invoice?

You can log in as the account holder and visit the billing section to view and download receipts.

Why are you charging us?

It’s either a recurring monthly or annual charge for a subscription to Litmus services.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, log in as the Account Holder, visit the billing section and click on the “cancel your subscription” link. Your account will remain active until the end of your current subscription period (either annually or monthly). Once you’ve cancelled you won’t be charged again, and there is no cancellation fee.

Doesn’t sound familiar?

If you aren’t familiar with Litmus or our services, ask around your office. One of your colleagues may have signed up for a subscription.
