Cancellations received on or before July 17, 2018 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after July 17, 2018 will result in forfeiture of your entire ticket fee. You may, however, still transfer your registration to a colleague until September 3, 2018. No refunds or credits will be issued for any missed sessions or events.
If you’re entitled to a refund, the amount refunded will be based on the fees paid for the registration(s) you cancel and will be refunded to your original payment method.
These cancellation terms apply for any type of cancellation reason. Unfortunately we’re unable to make exceptions for personal reasons, weather conditions, travel delays or other factors outside your control.
If you can’t attend, you may transfer your registration to someone else until September 3, 2018. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your replacement’s name, job title, email address, and any dietary restrictions.
If you won a ticket through a contest or giveaway, your ticket is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, rebate, or credit if you can no longer attend.
Please remember that cancelling or transferring your registration does not automatically transfer your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for modifying your own hotel and travel reservations. Litmus is not responsible for any third party cancellation policies or procedures that may apply.
