The Email Design Conference brings the email community together to celebrate their craft and give marketers and designers a platform to learn, share, and grow.

Free from product pitches and meaningless hype, we're all about content: teaching designers, marketers, and strategists how to produce emails that look great, perform well, and engage audiences.

Where is the conference?

The Email Design Conference is taking place in both Boston and London this year.

Boston will take place at the Seaport World Trade Center, located at 200 Seaport Boulevard in Boston, MA.

London will take place at etc.venues, located at 200 Aldersgate, St. Paul's in London, UK.

What is the conference schedule?

The Boston conference will kick-off Wednesday evening on August 26th with a casual meetup (details TBD). Sessions will begin on Thursday morning (August 27th) and last through Friday afternoon on August 28th.

For Boston attendees that have purchased a workshop (which are an add-on to the conference registration), those will take place on Wednesday, August 26th.

How much are tickets?

Boston's session passes are $1,299. Workshop add-ons are $499 each. A limited number of early bird session passes will be available for $999. After early bird tickets are sold out, regular conference registration will go into effect. Early bird and regular session passes are valid for conference sessions on Thursday, August 27th and Friday, August 28th. You must have a workshop pass to attend workshops on Wednesday, August 26th.

London's session passes are £599. Workshop add-ons are £299. A limited number of early bird session passes will be available for £475. After early bird tickets are sold out, regular conference registration will go into effect. Early bird and regular session passes are valid for conference sessions on Tuesday, 29th September. You must have a workshop pass to attend workshops on Monday, 28th September.

What does the ticket price include?

Boston's session pass includes access to sessions on Thursday and Friday; breakfast, lunch, and plenty of coffee and snacks each day; plus admission to all evening events. Workshop passes will also include lunch on Wednesday, and the workshop(s) you selected.

London's session pass includes sessions on Tuesday; breakfast, lunch, and plenty of coffee and snacks; plus admission to evening events. Workshop passes will also include lunch on Monday, and the workshop(s) you selected.

How do I get a ticket?

We can’t tell you everything, but you can expect registration to open in early June.

Are workshops included with my ticket?

No. Workshops will be available as an add-on to your conference registration.

What hotel should I stay in?

Boston conference-goers should look to The Seaport Boston Hotel—just across the street from our event space at the Seaport World Trade Center—is offering rooms to our attendees at the reduced rate of $249 plus tax per night. Check back for details on how to book your room.

London attendees please visit our HotelMap, which displays live availability and allows you to book directly with each hotel.

Do you have free/discounted/non-profit tickets?

A limited number of early bird tickets for the Boston conference will be available for $999. In addition, groups of three or more will receive 10% off registration. There may be a small number of scholarship and free tickets available—details coming soon.

How do I become a speaker?

Our call for speakers has closed, and we are currently evaluating all submissions.

Are sponsorships available?

In lieu of traditional sponsorships to fund the events, we’ve opted to finance our effort through ticket proceeds—an unusual approach that allows for amazing, pitch-free content. We’re also inviting like-minded partners to support the conference by becoming a patron. Email us for details.
