Email Campaign Specialist at Emarsys

This individual will be ideally located in Seattle or can be located anywhere on the West Coast as an alternative. As part of our Client Services Team, the Campaign Specialist is responsible for increasing customer happiness and retaining customers. You will provide them an avenue to complete the tactical pieces of email that will enable them to focus on the startegy they are truly passionate about. In this role, you will communicate with Project Managers and Program Managers alike to set deadlines, communciate with customers and build different campaigns.


  • Execution of client campaigns in HTML/CSS for mobile and desktop including coding best practice for rendering and deliverability across email clients
  • Maintain a strategic understanding of the campaign briefing and importance to client's business, to ensure effective contribution to the creative and communications planning process
  • Demonstrate a consistent ability to analyze email and form templates and research on competitors layouts
  • Instigate and lead effective brainstorms where appropriate to inspire and initiate creative thinking
  • Critiquing/reviewing work against clients brief and propose new ideas interpreting the client's business needs and developing a graphical concept to suit their purpose estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for client success.
  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts using HTML innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
  • Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or client success managers
  • Working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD/CS)
  • Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work


  • HTML/CSS and Javascript background producing emails, forms and landing pages for at least 1 years for a B2C company or an ESP
  • Ability to edit graphics in Photoshop
  • Execution of forms and landing pages including a solid understanding of Javascript
  • Develop interactive animations
  • Supporting in developing post campaign case studies
  • Strong knowledge of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Dreamweaver and Flash
