Audience & Site Personalization Specialist at RevZilla

RevZilla is seeking a data-driven digital marketer to join our Retention Marketing team. For this newly created role, we’re looking for someone with experience taking audience data and crafting it into personalized e-commerce experiences. You should have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with audience segmentation, personalization, cohort analysis, web analytics, user experience research as well as all of the underlying tactics and tools.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of website audience segmentation and personalization across the global RevZilla.com and CycleGear.com customer experiences.
  • Fully utilize customer data platform to create personalized brand experiences across multiple channels and ensure that all possible data connections are maintained.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team and UI /UX Designers to coordinate and execute audience segmentation campaigns and tests.
  • Actively monitor audience database for growth and behavior shifts to determine optimal site experience for various customer segments
  • Create and maintain detailed reporting on segmentation efforts and progress for site personalization campaigns
  • Review sites and leverage data to gain insight into user experience and behavior, trends, site usability and effectiveness, and present actionable insights and recommendations based on results and best practices.

Bag of Tricks (AKA Skills & Qualifications) Required:

  • Expected 2-5 years working in retention marketing with a focus on website segmentation, CRM, and/or email marketing
  • Expertise in 1:1 marketing and optimizing the customer journey
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to present findings at all levels
  • Strong background in audience segmentation, personalization, and user experience optimization
  • Experience with strategies for improving conversion on websites
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Blueconic, Adobe Campaign or other customer data platforms and analytical tools
