Marketing Automation Specialist at Collabera Canada Inc. - Client in Vancouver, BC

Provide overall management of the outsourced Marketing Automation team based in Vancouver.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Build, execute and maintain marketing programs using internal and external solutions
  • Segment database for effective campaign targeting
  • Assist in managing data sources and maintaining clean database
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance
  • Identify opportunities optimize campaigns, programs and processes
  • Assist in managing lead routing and scoring processes
  • Assist in managing marketing solutions
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (internal/external) to ensure campaigns/program assets are developed in a timely manner
  • Assist in ensuring compliancy with data and commercial communication regulations


Estimated volume to be handled is:

  • Execute all marketing tactics in a timely manner (<5 day turnaround time)
  • Data export and imports
  • Email and campaign set up
  • Reporting

  • Maintain the following metrics for all email campaigns:

  • 98% delivery rate

  • 20% open rate

  • 2% click through rate

  • 25% click-to-open rate

  • Achieve 30% attendance rate on all webinars

  • Achieve 2% conversion rate

  • Maintain Marketo organizational structure

If target metrics are not met on a consistent basis, the contractor will meet with management to discuss next steps.


  • Minimum 4 years of related experience with marketing automation strategy and execution
  • Experience with Marketo an asset but not required
