My name's Jaina, I'm on the email team here at Litmus where I run Litmus' email program—everything from newsletters to onboarding nurtures, and even transactional emails. I've been living and breathing email for over 15 years and began my career in email as a web developer. Random fact: I was born on a Friday, 13th!
What brought me here? I owe a lot of my career in email to the email community who've been so generous in sharing their tips, feedback, and advice. It's a wonderful community to be a part of—and they're constantly teaching me something new!

Hey - I'm Jay, I'm the Head of Code and solutions at Action Rocket.
I spend my days coding interactive emails, creating solutions for email teams, such as Email Design Systems, image generators, ESP integrations, using APIs and automation - plus I get to manage an awesome team of coders and work with great designers.
I've been managing digital marketing and communities for 10+ years, with the last 5+ completely in email, mainly drawn in due to the unique coding challenges email provides and the #EmailGeeks community.

I started doing email because someone needed to at my company, and I stayed doing email because I love the puzzle of figuring out how to make email designs work everywhere.
