I am coding an email that has html text. Part of the text is an email address that is not intended to be a link, but solely as text. However it is being rendered with the blue link color. I've adjusted my CSS to render the text as intended (white over a dark blue background).

To address the issue on iOS devices I added:

#letter a {color: #ffffff; text-decoration: none }

This resolved iOS devices.

However, Outlook: 2013, 2010, and 2007 is still rendering it in the blue color--the other versions of Outlook renders corretly. In my code I've include a conditional statement and @media screen and (-ms-high-contrast: active), (-ms-high-contrast: none).

Any suggestions?
