Shopify, Woocommerce, and Magento are the most popular. Shopify would be the simplest to set up, but the most basic package costs $29 per month. If you're familiar with WordPress, Payments with Paypal for Woocommerce is a good choice, while Magento requires a bit more technical knowledge to get up and running but is perhaps the most customizable of the three. I've heard good things about Prestashop, but I can't speak to its functionality.
