Yahoo Deals
So, there is this new thing I see in my Yahoo email desktop client, If the emails contain something that Yahoo can identify as a “deal,” it appears in a section at the top of the email, along with the expiration date
I can save the deal, or select an option to always save deals from the sender. I can then go to a Deals View and see the deals that have appeared in emails that have not yet expired.
Other emails that contain similar offers do not trigger the deals function, so I am wondering if there is some specific code that needs to be added to the email to make this work.
Is anyone familiar with this?
Having same issue. The "Deals from this message" Yahoo scan is populating a date of today. Assuming this is a default, since no dates are mentioned in the email copy. Any solutions to either:
a) email code that can block Yahoo from scanning emails
b) or email code to inform this scan with correct information
Thanks in advance!
