I've not done any research into the email client support of that so it's worth doing some good testing before sending.
But I do know there are a few other issues with this. Because these are not regular characters they won't be read out correctly by a screen reader, text reader or voice assistant. Also this won't come up in an inbox search (unless the user is searching with unicode but that is very unlikely)
