Litmus user Access - converting litmus free account to paid account
Hi I'm managing the accounts of Litmus user and I have a user that is a returnee - meaning used the system for about a year or so and now he want to have access again on the system. I try to re create he's account using same email address but he received an error of
"Welcome back! Wondering why you’re here? You’re currently on a free account with limited access. To access your prior tests and reports—plus all of the features that help your team work more efficiently, reduce errors, and keep your campaigns on-brand — upgrade to one of our paid plans."
So my question is is there a way for me to convert a free acount to paid account without changing user email address?
