Hi All,

I've noticed that Gmail desktop clients have a tendency to ignore the line-height property when inlined and is adding more vertical spacing / line height than I want.

In the following screenshots, the gray text in the middle has an inline CSS styling with line-height:20px;. I tried adding an !important declaration, but no effect.

Supposedly Gmail supports the line-height property, so I'm not sure why it's adding more vertical spacing than it should.

Any insights into why Gmail does this or how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.
