Anything with an @symbol getting turned into a link in Outlook
I've been looking to see if anyone else is having this problem, but I haven't found any solutions.
I have a reference in an email I'm coding for a client that has "Drugs@FDA/DrugDetails" which Outlook is turning into a mailto link.
I've tried and .
I've tried <a rel="nofollow"> with styles and !important.
Nothing has worked. Anyone got any other ideas/tricks/magic?
I did use <a href="#"> with styles, which worked, but the client doesn't like that they get the pointer to click to it (since outlook doesn't support 'cursor:text;') nor do they like that it scrolls to the top. I'm thinking of anchor linking it to itself to prevent that, but I thought I'd see if anyone else has had any experience with this problem.
