Hey Community!

l'm hoping to get some advice / examples of creating a detailed map of the emails sent throughout the customer journey. My company is b2b, and we have a long customer journey that involves lots of emails triggered by different events and quite a bit of segmentation. I'm having trouble documenting our "email ecosystem" of a couple hundred emails across various segments in a way that shows the adequate level of detail but it still easy to interpret for people outside of my team.

Does anyone have examples of how they organize this information in a map/diagram?
