I use the same boilerplate for all emails (Have done for quite a while now - but constantly updating it with fixes etc) and recently, I have noticed that if I add an anchor tag around an image, it creates extra padding/spacing around that image. This isn't a problem with a lot of the designs I build for, but I now have one where I have an image that's split into 2. Adding the anchor is causing an issue in Outlook 2007 and 2010.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks in advance :)

This is my image/anchor code in its current state (been trying some solutions, but so far, nothing has worked):

<a href="#" style="text-decoration:none; border-spacing:0; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-margin-bottom-alt:0; mso-margin-top-alt:0; mso-table-lspace:0pt; mso-table-rspace:0pt; padding:0px; margin:0px; " border="0"><img src="images/logo.png" align="left" width="310" height="95" style="display:block; color:#ffffff; font-size:20px; line-height:80px; font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight:bold; text-align:center;" border="0" alt="Alt text here" class="imgfull" /></a>
