Issue with Bulletproof Backgrounds (backgrounds.cm)
After quite a while of bulletproof backgrounds working well, I've started to see some issues. Outlook 2013 and 2016 have, intermittently and inconsistently, decided to not display background images until there is a click in the area (on v:rect object I'm assuming).

Had this problem 3 years ago with 2013 too. It is very inconsistent. Try removing the divs from around the containing cell and just let the vml sit around it.

Could you share your code? That can help folks figure out what's going wrong.
And, are you using bulletproof backgrounds + buttons? Unfortunately, the two together don't play well. Using a bulletproof background and, say, a padding based button would be a good plan b.
