so we use a "from" email address that is reflective of our company name in our email campaigns. It recently came to my attention that the email account wasn't being monitored.

What is the best practice around managing that? My manager said we should have a statement in the email advising not to reply to that address or that it's not being monitored. The goal is to drive them to the website to find contact info or other info etc.

1) where in the email itself is it advisable to place the "no monitor" statement? after preheader? top of email?
2) is it better to have an active email that is monitored and can be responsive to clients?
