Hi, all,

I'm relatively new to the world of email. We are attempting to redesign our newsletter, and want to use a background image within one of the content blocks. I've used the backgrounds.cm tool (found that here on Litmus!). My preview is working well for everyone but Outlook 2010 and 2013. For some reason there, it's turning into an older version of the image, and it's tiling it. The text and HTML button over the image are also much different than in the other previews.

I also have a second question: Is there a way to re-size the content block when images are off. Our image is really tall, with the text pushed to the bottom. I'd like to make the content block shorter when images are off. Otherwise, it's just a big blank blue space with text and a button at the bottom.
