We are currently thinking about how to improve our current testing process for emails. I am gathering information from other organizations on how they test to see what other options may work for us. Currently, we test to a group of 4-6 people. Each person receieves a test message and then provides feedback and edits. Typically tests are sent the day before the message needs to go out.

There are certain times in the year where our email volume is very high with multiple messages going a day (to different populations) and this system can get very cumbersome and create bottlenecks in the work flow.

How do you test emails? Any systems that you have found to work well for you and your organization?
