I've used campaign monitors background tool https://backgrounds.cm/ to have a background image in my email with a text overlay using the following code:

<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" height="92" width="100%">
    <td background="http://LinkOps.eurotunnel.com/custloads/432249472/md_498460.jpg" bgcolor="#7bceeb" width="600" height="221" valign="top">
  <!--[if gte mso 9]>
  <v:rect xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" fill="true" stroke="false" style="width:600px;height:221px;">
    <v:fill type="frame" src="http://LinkOps.eurotunnel.com/custloads/432249472/md_498460.jpg" color="#efefef" />
    <v:textbox inset="0,0,0,0">  <![endif]-->

  <div align="middle" style="margin-top: 100px;"><font face="Trebuchet MS" color="white" size="4">Welcome to the Frequent Traveller Programme Sam </font></div>
  <!--[if gte mso 9]>
</td></tr>             </tbody></table>

It works great other than Outlook where I have to actual click on the image for it to load. After I've clicked, it views it completely fine. I also cannot align the text into the middle. Has anyone got any ideas as to why these problems are happening?

Thanks in advance [https://postimg.org/image/6z60lfk5x/
