          <td style="width: 267px; height: 45px; text-align: center" align="center" width="267" height="45" >
            <a align="center" style="width: 267px; height: 45px; text-align: center; display: block; line-height: 45px; color: #ffffff; font-weight:bold;  text-decoration: none !important; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif !important;  font-size: 21px; !important; text-transform: uppercase;" href=""><span style="color: #ffffff; font-size: 21px;">GET 10% OFF »</span></a>
          </td>
        </tr>
      </table>
    </td>
    <td style="height: 45px; width:23px" height="45" width="23">
      <a width="23" style="height: 45px; width:23px; text-decoration: none; border: 0; display: block;" href="">
        <img src="http://i.imgur.com/NJrLGCo.jpg" style="width: 23px; height: 45px; display: block;" height="45" width="23" border="0" alt="" />
      </a>
    </td>
  </tr>
</table>

Inline styles with border-radius, cant use because a lot of desktop clients cant read this rule.
Someone have solution for this problem?
