Currently I am working on a header with a background image and a text overlay. This works perfectly fine, but I am not able to set a default background-color in case the images are not downloaded (Outlook). The font-color is #ffffff (white) and the current background-color is also white, while I have set a different bgcolor and background-color on the <td> Does anyone know how I can change the background-color?

<div style="background-color:#17b4e9!important;">
<td background="" bgcolor="#17b4e9" width="600" height="200" valign="top" style="background:url( no-repeat center;text-align: center; background-position: center center; background-size:cover; width:600px; background-color:#17b4e9;"><!--[if gte mso 9]>
      <v:rect xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" fill="true" stroke="false" style="width:600px;height:200px;background-color:#17b4e9;">
        <v:fill type="frame" src="" color="#ffffff" style="background-color:#17b4e9;" />
        <v:textbox inset="0,0,0,0">

    <p style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-weight: normal; text-align: center; margin-top:82px; font-size: 32px; padding: 0px 04px;text-decoration:none;"><span class="headline" style="line-height: 42px; padding: 4px;color:#ffffff;text-decoration:none;"><span style="color:#ffffff!important">Here is where the content should be inserted</span></span></p>
