Have you seen more success using plain text or HTML for marketing emails? While we love the designs of emails, we believe that there's always been a place for plain text (not just because ASCII art is awesome). In doing some research, we talked with a few different companies and just published a post on how Newton used plain text emails to boost their user response rates by 156% over the HTML version. We're interested if anyone has had any experience testing email formats for transaction/onboarding/promotion/etc. Take a look at the article and let us know your thoughts on the topic: https://explore.reallygoodemails.com/stop-missing-user-feedback-use-plain-text-emails-to-boost-response-rates-6fccb4ad2157#.z0vyfb80s
