I've tried various version of bulletproof buttons and ended up using a fallback that does not use an icon for mso. It works on all versions of mso except Outlook for Windows 10 (not the web app version). The button ends up getting cut off like this:

This is my code:

<td>
        <!--[if mso]>
          <v:roundrect xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" xmlns:w="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:word" href="http://litmus.com" style="height:28px;v-text-anchor:middle;width:120px;" arcsize="5%" strokecolor="#113A57" fillcolor="#113A57">
            <w:anchorlock/>
            <center style="color:#ffffff;font-family:Helvetica, Arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px;font-weight:bold;line-height:0px;">READ ORDER</center>
          </v:roundrect>
        <![endif]--><a href="http://docketnavigator.com"
                       style="background-color:#113A57;background-image:url(pdf-button.png);border-radius:2px;color:#ffffff;display:inline-block;font-family:sans-serif;font-size:13px;font-weight:bold;line-height:27px;text-align:center;text-decoration:none;padding-left:22px;width:110px;-webkit-text-size-adjust:none;mso-hide:all;">READ ORDER</a></td>

Any ideas why this won't work?
