I've been trying to develop an email toolkit for my team. The recent news that Gmail now supports stylesheets means we can potentially remove the inlining step from the project and make things more maintainable.

So I've been developing demo content to use with the toolkit. It's a hybrid-responsive approach where two columns collapse into one on smaller devices, and it uses a CSS style sheet and classes.

It as going fine with the CSS until I added images. With the images it looks exactly as intended in a Litmus 'Checklist' test, however on real-life Gmail the CSS disappears when images load. Has anyone else discovered this? (and know the fix?)
