Hi All,

We've been experiencing some issues with getting our mobile responsive email templates to work with Samsung's native email app on the S6 with Marshmallow (email version version 3.3.x) It seems to work properly on older phones, e.g. Samsung S3 with KitKat.

We've been using the following code to replace title images with a mobile-suited background image for the section. Neither the main image nor the background image display in portrait mode, and the desktop version displays in landscape mode. Any ideas why this design isn't working on these devices?

    @media screen and (max-width: 499px) {
      td.title span {
        display: block;
        background-image: url(.../mobile-title.jpg) !important;
        background-repeat: no-repeat !important;
        background-position: center !important;
        width: 184px !important;
        height: 24px !important;
      }
      td.title img {
        display: none !important;
      }
    }

    <table width="440" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" style="border-collapse: collapse; min-width: 440px; width: 440px;">
        <tr>
            <td class="title" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: left; font-size: 45px; font-weight: bold; color: #fff; border: 0;" align="left">
                <span><img src="../desktop-title.jpg" width="340" height="44" alt="Title" style="display: block; border: none;"></span>
            </td>
        </tr>
    </table>
