I have a client that wrote to us recently saying that when we send communications she isn't able to see any of the content. The only aspect of the message she is able to access is the subject line, otherwise the message is completely empty. She forwarded me a few examples and the message is completely blank. I had her add us to her address book, checked the testing through litmus but haven't been able to figure out the issue. Has anyone else experienced this? She says that all of her other emails are displaying correctly and completely.
