Hello email geeks,

Has anyone come across when vertical alignment of <td valign="middle"> cell is ignored on Outlook 2013 & 2016?

My table:

    <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="169" align="left" class="eventAttr">
    <tr>
    <td align="left" valign="middle"><img src="http://image.mail.centaurmedia.com/lib/fe9812737166067874/m/1/icon_ellipse_testing-01.gif" border="0" alt="" width="8" style="display:block;" /></td>
    <td align="left" valign="middle" style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:14px; color:#232323; font-weight:bold;">Arial bold 14px</td>
    </tr>
    </table>

And the result I get in Outlook looks like this (the table is made of two cells - one for dot, second for text):

screen grab

As everyone can see blue dot is aligned to the bottom of a cell and text is aligned to the middle of a cell.
