What are some best practices for pre-event email campaigns?
We have several trade shows we attend throughout the year. They are not put on by us, but by others in the healthcare industry. I'm having a hard time finding white papers or even examples of companies marketing to attendees of shows they do not sponsor or put on themselves. I know the conent needs to be direct, short and have one CTA (ie: save a spot to chat, enter to win a prize, stop by our booth for a demo). But if we are not putting the show on does the design of the campaign need to mimic our branding? Example using our slogan as the headline?
Does anyone have any recommendations on where to begin my search or have any guidelines to follow?
