Hi All,

I'm just wondering what methods other people use to send clients / colleagues proofs of HTML emails.

I like to think it's best to send a zipped folder with the HTML file and the images folder and ask them to open it with their browser. Half the time they can't be bothered to go to the effort of unzipping and locating the file, and they other half of the time they need my help to unzip etc.

So recently I've been opening the HTML in Chrome, zooming out so the full email is in view and then taking a screenshot and sending them the .png.

This method is a lot easier, but it's really low quality so when they zoom in, it isn't ideal.

Is there another method that I perhaps haven't thought of?

Thanks a lot,

Tom
