I have four rows of tables, which align on the left. In Outlook (2000-2010, 2013), each row has an additional 10px margin on the left and right, giving a nesting effect.

I've created a hack by adding 10, 20, 30, and 40 pixels to rows, working from the bottom up. It's not an ideal solution because it ultimately creates 40px margins (and greatly reducing the width of the email).
