Do ESPs impact the adoption rate of responsive emails?
Hello! I’ve analyzed the adoption of responsive email design by 4,166 U.S. e-commerce companies and wanted to get your feedback. I was surprised to see differences between 0% and 82% when I correlated the companies’ results to the 20 most frequently used ESPs.
I would like to better assess the importance of ESP-related vs. non-ESP factors for responsive email design. What are your experiences with email marketing platforms when it comes to implementing responsive email techniques?
I am wondering to which extent can the differences in adoption rate be related to ESP’s capabilities, or are they more caused by other factors that are outside of the ESP’s area of influence?
