I'm using markup to display "bulletproof buttons" using the suggested method posted by Campaign Monitor here http://buttons.cm/ .
However when testing in Litmus they disappear in Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013. Has anyone had any luck with this method? Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong would be very appreciated. Here is a sample code from an email,

<!--[if mso]>
  <v:roundrect xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" xmlns:w="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:word" href="http://#" style="height:41px;v-text-anchor:middle;width:197px;" arcsize="8%" strokecolor="#1e3650" fillcolor="#00667d">
    <w:anchorlock/>
    <center style="color:#ffffff;font-family:sans-serif;font-size:16px;font-weight:bold;">Schedule a meeting</center>
  </v:roundrect>
<![endif]--><a href="http://#"
style="background-color:#00667d;border:1px solid #1e3650;border-radius:4px;color:#ffffff;display:inline-block;font-family:sans-serif;font-size:16px;font-weight:bold;line-height:51px;text-align:center;text-decoration:none;width:197px;-webkit-text-size-adjust:none;mso-hide:all;">Schedule a meeting</a></div>

Thanks,
