Wondering if anyone can shed some light on a recent issue I have been seeing. Over the last week or so we've seen a number of recipients complain about getting blank emails in their inbox. We follow best practices and I have sent tests - those tests seem to look good in all inbox types and browsers. The recipients seem to have either a yahoo or sbcglobal email address. Each has said the issue just started this week (and we did not change our template).

One interesting note: when they forward us the emails, the html code is there but jumbled a bit. ITs almost as if the code is there but not rendering.

Any ideas of what may be going on?
