Would love to hear from other agency-based community members on how your workplace perceives and manages its email "product" across multiple client businesses (if it does!). Email makes up a fraction of our total spread of work, and it takes a few forms. We strategize and send on behalf of a few clients, but we also create a large quantity of email files for other clients to send themselves (through their various ESPs of choice).

At this point things are pretty silo'ed by client; we've only recently begun to look at our email business as a product that we actively offer instead of a "sure, we can do that!" feature. We have seeds of ideas re: product definitions, processes, etc., but I'd love to hear how other agencies do email.
