Customer's Email Displays Nothing in Windows 10 and Outlook 2013
My company received a call from a customer that said our emails were delivering to them with no content. There is no "VAWP" link or anything for them to click to properly render the email. They said they were receiving our emails fine until they upgraded their Outlook to 2013, but are still using Windows 10. Any thoughts? Has anyone seen or heard of this happening before? I am not sure what to tell this customer and our IT support team has spent a lot of time trying to trouble shoot with this customer what might be happening.
