OFT Falling into Junk Box
Hello, Litmus Community. I'm new here and not sure if this is even solvable... but I thought I'd throw it out there and see what happens.
We have a practice where we provide field sales and marketing folks emails in OFT and HTML format for them to send from their own Outlook. It's caused various issues from time to time but not enough for us to sieze the practice just yet. Recently we got words that an email (invite to a field event) that was sent by a sales person to a number of contacts from one account, all went into junk mailbox. So none of those contacts from that specific account received the email invite in their inbox. But other regular emails from this sales person to those contacts went through to their inbox without any issue. Anyone had seen/heard similar issue? The OFT and HTML were generated from our Marketing Automation Platform Eloqua.
