Best Place To Start

I am new to responsive design emails and coding in general. Been sending out non-responsive emails for a while. In everyone's humble opinion, where is the best place to find tuitorials or definations to get me started?

Nothing I do will be complex. I just need to be able to create a template (or snippets) to get me started. Test in Litmus, then copy and paste html into delivery program.
